Shipping policy

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or if the package is unclaimed, we will attempt to contact you for correction. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Hempstaurant is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided. However, if your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@hempstaurant.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain hemp-based products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on the destination due to local or state regulations. It is your responsibility to be aware of any laws or restrictions regarding hemp products in your area. Hempstaurant reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to your location.
