• To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

• Securely package the product to prevent damage during shipping and use the provided label to send the item back to us.

3. Defective Products

• If you receive a defective product, please contact us within the 30-day window and provide:

  • A photo or video clearly showing the issue.

• Upon review and approval, we will issue a return shipping label for the defective product.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.

5. Additional Notes

• Products that are returned outside of the 30-day window or do not meet the above criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
